I felt totally ‘cool’ in this look and this is one of those occasions where the word cool doesn’t really need the inverted comers! It’s one of those outfits that lets you imagine you are a background dancer in a music video. The snapback probably has a lot to do with this, they have always come with a street style /cool vibe image and yet so many people in my experience think they can’t make them work – actually anyone can and they are a lot of fun to wear. I also really loved this cropped jumper. I love hoodies in general but as this one is cropped its makes it extra fashionable and stylish and the opposite of the traditional baggy hoodie. Also it would be worth mentioning that this colour is so on trend right now and a must have in your wardrobe – I am not saying here that the hoodie is a ‘must’ but the colour is.
As for the shorts, can you really go wrong with Levis denim shorts? I think not! And as for the shoes, yes I know – pretty ‘woahh’, but completely in keeping with the ‘cool’ theme of the outfit and I think they are a really fun statement.
So when would you wear this? Good question! Maybe on days out in London or you could even rock it to a festival if you added in a nice top underneath the hoodie. This look might come across as a bit radical but trust me give it a go, I think you may be surprised.
