Hello everyone and welcome to me posing in another rainy and windy blog post. You can actually see how rainy it was by looking at my necklace and jacket and hopefully you can reach out with massive sympathy when I say literally posing in full on rain. Anyway, rain or no rain I am more than happy with these photos, though as my jacket says beyond perfectly ‘seen better days’ – tell me about it! It’s almost as if I planned it (apart from I didn’t). This jacket really caught my eye when I first saw it. I am really enjoying bold items at the moment and I loved this paint effect on the back making it really stand out and fun. I don’t often talk about price in my blog posts as I link everything below but I thought this jacket would be well over £100.00 and was delighted when I discovered what it actually cost. For such a thick good quality jacket I think the price is a bit of a bargain.
Moving onto the trousers – slightly pajama like and they do feel amazing to wear on your skin. They almost felt like silk and for those days when you can’t be bothered to feel all stiff and uncomfortable in jeans, these are a great and fashionable alternative. Any high waisted trousers are often flattering and can make you look taller and these certainly do just that. Colour wise I love the grey plaid which doesn’t (as it can do) remind me of an office look. (Thank god!).
I kept the shoes and top pretty plain as the jacket and the trousers were the centrepieces of this look. Finally, the necklace adds a bit of class and extra charm making it great every day or evening outfit.
