Arriving in the stunning yet sweltering Granada late yesterday evening… I was very relieved when I reached the charming Casa Miravalle apartments… arriving like a hot sweaty mess (but still composed of course) I was greeted by the friendliest and most welcoming of receptionists and shown to my beautiful fully air conditioned apartment… never have I been so thankful to feel the cool breeze of A/C!
Once I had thrown my bags to one side I opened up the huge double doors and stepped out onto the balcony… what a wonderful view of the best Granada has to offer… the Rio Dauro down to the left, the Iglesia de santa Gil y Santa Anna in front, the Alahmbra above and the infamous Plaza Nueva to the right… what a location! Standing on the balcony I felt extremely grateful to be staying in an apartment with such amazing views in such a perfect location.
After freshening up I had a glass of red wine that Casa Miravalle had been so kind to treat me with! And stepped out onto the cobbled streets of Granada to explore the city!
I could talk forever about Granada, it’s such a wonderful City from the architecture to the free tapas with every drink you order this is truely a very special city… Casa Mirravalle made the start of my Granada experience such a pleasurable one. I recommend staying with Casa Miravelle and requesting the apartment that I stayed in as its truely such a wonderful experience.
